This article will analyze the theory of human evolution that developed in the West and the theory of human evolution explained in it Al-Quran with an exegetical approach. The method used in This writing uses qualitative methods sourced from share books related to the above problems. The theory of evolution begins became a study and event in the 6th century BC, Diwali by a philosopher Greek Anaximander, Empedocles, Lucretius, same opinion too presented by the Arab biologist Al Jahiz, the Persian philosopher Ibn Miskawaih, Ikhwan As-Shafa, and Chinese philosophy Zhuangzi. Next is the theory of evolution published by a British scientist named Charles Darwin, results His research on evolution, especially human evolution, explains that the theory of evolution did not create God but rather stands alone. This opinion gave rise to the emergence among scientists and Religion, especially Islam, is rejected because it contradicts the Koran. The aim of this research is to understand the concept of human creation in the Al-Quran and then internalize the values it contains in science teaching Biology. The result of this research is the creation process humans in the Qur'an are divided into two stages, Internalization which can be applied in material evolution by using the Koran as a source science, inserting verses Al-Qur'ān regarding creation and critical study of evolutionary theory. internalization of the value of faith in the end of the day, and includes verses from the Koran regarding the stages of baby development in the womb..
