The practice of conditional giveaways on Instagram has gained significant attention, with various individuals and organizations utilizing this method to distribute gifts and prizes. This study aims to explore the perspectives of university students regarding the provision of grants or prizes in conditional giveaways on Instagram, specifically focusing on the aspects of transactional fairness and justice. The research examines the Instagram account @diah.giveaway as the platform for conducting the giveaways. By employing a combination of qualitative research methods, including interviews, surveys, and data analysis, this study investigates the perceptions of university students towards the fairness of transactional processes and the distribution of rewards in conditional giveaways. The findings shed light on the ethical considerations and social implications of such practices, providing valuable insights for both giveaway organizers and participants. This research contributes to the broader understanding of the dynamics and impact of conditional giveaways on Instagram, emphasizing the importance of transparency and justice in these online transactions
