This article aims to explore the wisdom of sport in Islamic religious life. The methods used are literature review and theological analysis. Research results show that exercise helps improve physical health by reducing the risk of heart disease, controlling body weight, and strengthening muscles and bones. Mentally, exercise relieves stress, improves mood, and improves sleep patterns.
