Islamic education supervision has an important role in improving the quality of learning and teacher professionalism in accordance with the objectives of Islamic education which focuses on the formation of students' character and knowledge. However, in practice, supervision often does not run optimally due to the lack of systematic planning, effective methods, and limited ongoing evaluation. So that from this research, the Islamic education supervision project can be a strategic solution in improving the quality of the learning process in Islamic educational institutions. From this background, the purpose of this research is to provide an explanation of the Islamic education supervision project. This research is a type of library research (Library Research) that uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, data collection techniques in the form of literature studies, and data analysis using the content analysis method. The results showed that the implementation of a systematic and sustainable Islamic education supervision project was able to improve the quality of educator performance and the effectiveness of the learning process in Islamic educational institutions. And this research also identifies that a collaborative supervision approach based on the real needs of teachers can minimize supervision barriers and strengthen teacher professionalism.
