Abstract

Dress code in Islam is the rules and moral values that must be followed by every Muslim in dressing. In Islam, clothing is considered a means of preserving human honor and dignity, as well as a sign of identity as a Muslim. Clothing worn by Muslims must meet certain conditions, namely covering the entire body except the face and palms, and not too tight and not too transparent. In addition, clothing should also be polite and not cause sexual temptation for others, contain moral values, such as modesty, independence and social responsibility. A Muslim is required to wear clothes that are appropriate to the circumstances and Environment, and not to pursue excessive trends or styles. In the context of sports, the dress code in Islam should also be considered. Women's sportswear should cover the entire genitals, be made of non-translucent materials, and be easy to move. Sportswear should also not attract attention and not interfere with other people's sports activities.
