PANDANGAN MASYARAKAT DAN SYARIAT ISLAM TERHADAP LGBT

Abstract

A phenomenon in the community who have lately come to the surface, giving rise to polemics about the existence of a group. This group is called LGBT, in sexual behavior does not generally and is not uncommon in our society that upholds the values of Pancasila. Therefore, this study aims to provide a view from the perspective of Pancasila values against the phenomena of LGBT. The research method used is the qualitative approach with fenomenlogi strategies. His research includes the informant, LGBT individuals, religious figures and the Center for the study of Pancasila Indonesia Universitty of Education, with the data gathering techniques in the form of observation, in-depth interviews and document analysis. The research results showed that the public looks at the behavioral deviation of LGBT is incompatible with the values of Pancasila. Not much of a factor in affecting someone being LGBT is precisely the factors outside of the more dominant. Religion is recognized in Indonesia is not willed the existence of such behavior by referring to the respective holy scriptures that marriage can only be done by men and women.
