Ramadan fasting is fasting that is observed in the month of Ramadan which has a total of between 29 and 30 days. The time of fasting for Ramadan begins when the sun rises at dawn until sunset. The process is to refrain from eating, drinking and other activities that can break the fast. Running fasting does not have to prevent you from continuing to exercise. If done correctly, exercise will make the body feel fresh. However, there are some people who think that exercising while fasting can break the fast. This is said to be because exercising makes the body sweat in large quantities, which can cause dehydration, which is characterized by dry mouth, excessive thirst, and fatigue. Doctor of Physical Health and Rehabilitation at RSUD dr. Iskak Tulungagung, dr. Wahyu Sita Wardani, Sp. KFR., M.Ked. Klin explained, fasting is not a barrier to exercise.
