The research entitled, "Minimizing Stress Levels with Zikr on Lambung Mangkurat University Students" was prepared based on a background with certain considerations. The purpose of the study was to identify and evaluate the effectiveness of using Zikr in minimizing stress levels in Lambung Mangkurat University students. This research uses questionnaire technique. The questionnaire technique is a data collection technique by preparing using a survey sheet that contains a number of questions related to the object of research. The research results from the data collection that we have distributed through questionnaires or questionnaires are that the practice of zikr has significant potential in minimizing the stress level of Lambung Mangkurat University students
