PENTINGNYA PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM PADA ANAK USIA DINI

Abstract

Nowadays we often hear complaints from parents, teachers and people involved in the world of children, especially those who directly care for small children and even teenagers, many of whom are very difficult to control. Naughty, stubborn, rude or other behavior can disturb public order and harm the child himself. Therefore, religious and moral education is very necessary to help children live in society with akhlakul karimah character. This research uses a literature review or literature review. A literature review is a description of theories, results and other research materials obtained from reference materials as a basis for research activities. Being able to understand ethics and morals is very important to apply to children as early as possible, because ethics is the basic essence of Islamic teachings after faith, science and sharia. The supporting factors in developing children's morals are character factors, family conditions at home, a good environment, and parental attention. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are parents' lack of knowledge about the Islamic religion, a social environment that is too free, and limited time with children. The impacts if children are not taught about religion include youth violence, increased bullying, being too free to watch films or dangerous content such as pornography and crime, drugs and promiscuity
