Abstract

Young children tend to be vulnerable to the influence of their environment and experiences. Therefore, its important to understand how the introduction of moral and religious values at this early stage can influence the development of an individual's personality. In this context, the introduction of Prophet stories for children's education is of interest. This study investigates the effect of introducing Prophet stories to children on their individual personality development. This study was conducted using a questionnaire research method with age groups and special groups of Muslims. The sample consisted of 34 early adolescence to adulthood respondents with a minimum age of 15 years old and observation of Muslim children aged 4-10 years old. The results showed that children and adults who had been exposed to the stories of the Prophet had significant improvements in various aspects of personality development, including morality and understanding of religious values. Results also revealed that this intervention had a strong impact on children who had religious families. These findings support the hypothesis that the introduction of Prophet stories for children has a positive impact on personality development. The implication of this is the importance of incorporating positive religious education in early childhood education to form a better generation.
