Abstract

The concept of state in Islam only regulates the principles or principles, among others, leaders must be honest, trustworthy, fair, transparent, deliberate, and protect human rights (fitrah). Islam teaches and provides guidance in state life. This means that the State is built as a home to uphold justice in accordance with the rights that are fundamentally owned by each citizen. To compile this article, the research method used is descriptive method. The author uses a qualitative approach by analyzing various relevant sources, such as the Qur'an, Hadith, and literature from related journals and books. Then, the data and information found are analyzed to answer research questions. Based on the results of the research, it shows the Concept of the State in the Perspective of Islamic Law with various scopes including the idea of state, the relationship between Religion, State and law according to the Al-Quran and Hadith, the contribution of Islamic Law to National development, and the relationship between the State and Islamic law.
