PENDIDIKAN DAN PEMBENTUKAN AKHLAK ISLAMI PADA ANAK USIA DINI

Abstract

Children are likened to blank white paper that must be filled in. Likewise, in Islam, a child is born in a state of fitrah. The role of parents is dominant in directing where the child will go, whether the child is good or bad depends on the way the parents educate and shape the child's morals. Educating and forming Islamic morals in children is very important and fundamental for parents, because parents are children's first educators. Apart from parents, teachers also play a role in moral education in children so that an efficient generation will be formed in the future. Education and moral formation are given from an early age because at this time children have a greater ability to absorb and accept the stimuli provided. Apart from that, it is necessary to pay attention to the methods or steps taken to educate and shape children into a generation with Islamic morals. This article uses a type of research (Library Research) which is based on collecting data from journals and books related to education and moral formation. The results of this article contain the aims of education and moral formation, namely so that children have Islamic morals that are based on Allah's commands.
