Science is the totality of human knowledge gathered through a process of research and capable of acceptance through common sense. Islam is a monotheistic religion based on science. By integrating Science (biology) and Islam (Quran), the Quran must be placed at the forefront of research and not used to justify scientific claims. The objective of this study is to perform a literature review of several articles related to the research conducted. The methodology used consisted of carrying out a literature review, specifically searching for articles in journals recognized or indexed at the national and international level relevant to the integration of Science-Reflection teaching and its implementation in student learning. The results of the study show that the model of integrating the Quran as a source of inspiration places the Quran at the beginning of the learning process as the main reference source to be able to explain various scientific phenomena. Integrative model of the Quran as a source of confirmation, namely conducting critical analysis/discussion of scientific phenomena, which are then confirmed by the Quran in the sense of scientific discoveries learn to explain what the Quran - the Quran conveys. The second model can be used simultaneously and collaboratively in the student's learning process.
