Abstract

The issue of sexual deviation (lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender) is currently being hotly discussed in society, starting from print and electronic media, there are Islamic figures themselves who allow gay and lesbi, on the basis that there is no difference between gay and non-gay. gay and there is no difference between lesbian and not lesbian. According to them, humans can only compete to do good deeds according to God's commands. He does not hurt his partner and does good to fellow humans, to fellow creatures, and cares about the environment. In fact, according to him, it is very interesting to read the verses of the Qur'an about living in couples (Q.S. al-Rum: 21, Q.S al-Dzariyat: 49 and Q.S Yasin: 36) where there is no explanation about biological sex, there is only a question gender. This means that pairing does not have to be in a hetero context, but can be gay or lesbi. Currently Indonesia is increasingly liberal. Gay and lesbi people are increasingly active in exposing their actions openly, even trying to seek legitimacy of the proposition from the Al-Qur'an, twisting its meaning by not looking at other verses that relate to the problem at hand. In terms of verses from the Koran, one interpretation of one verse is another. This is because they only have a little religious knowledge, have not read much tafsir and hadith
