Manfaat Mengonsumsi Makanan dan Minuman Halal bagi Kesehatan tubuh

From an Islamic point of view, consumption of Halal and Haram is an important aspect that regulates the consumption habits of Muslims. Halal consumption covers all aspects of life, including food, drink, clothing, and other items that are permitted and in accordance with religious teachings. On the other hand, haram consumption refers to goods and practices that are expressly prohibited in Islam. The purpose of this research is to analyze the concept and effects of Halal and Haram consumption from an Islamic perspective. The research method uses library research and content analysis from the most important Islamic sources, such as the Koran, Hadith, as well as the opinions of leading researchers. The results of the analysis show that halal consumption is a basic principle of Islam that promotes justice, health, and the welfare of individuals and society. Halal consumption also reflects respect for the rights of Allah SWT and moral life. At the same time, consuming haram warns of the dangers and negative effects that can harm Muslims physically, mentally and socially.
