This research examines the basic concepts and main principles in human resource management (HR) by focusing on the perspective of Islamic understanding. This study involved an in-depth literature review of relevant HR management principles in Islam, including concepts of justice, ethics, and fundamental social values. This research also identifies the practical application of these concepts in an Islamic-oriented organizational environment. The results of this research provide valuable insight into how the basic concepts and principles of HR management in Islam can be applied to increase efficiency, productivity and employee welfare in organizations based on Islamic values. The findings of this research can provide practical guidance for leaders and management practitioners who are interested in integrating Islamic values in their human resource management.
