Abstract

The increase in business activities makes business people compete to create new strategies in the hope that their business can survive, win existing competition, and increase profits from the business activities they carry out. However, are the business management ethics that they carry out correct, especially in terms of business management ethics carried out from an Islamic religious perspective? In this research, we will discuss how business activities should be carried out from an Islamic perspective. This research uses a qualitative research approach with a literature study method. The results of this research state that the principles of business ethics management based on Islamic law will bring a business to the good of this world and the hereafter. The principles in question are 1) Worship, 2) Monotheism, 3) Honesty, 4) Trust, 5) Deliberation. It is hoped that through the results of this research, business actors can carry out their business in accordance with Islamic principles
