IMPLEMENTASI ETIKA BISNIS ISLAM DALAM JUAL BELI ONLINE

The aim of this research is to analyze how Islamic business ethics are applied in online buying and selling. Literature study or literature study is used as a research method. The research findings show that the implementation of Islamic business ethics principles, especially in online buying and selling activities, is very important because it has a significant impact on various aspects, both from a religious and business perspective. In general, the ethical principles of online buying and selling business (E-Commerce) from an Islamic perspective consist of 1) the principle of justice, 2) the principle of free will, 3) the principle of responsibility, and 4) the principle of truth. The principle of fairness can prevent all forms of fraud, and ensure that all parties in a transaction receive fair treatment. The principle of free will can give consumers the freedom to make their own decisions without any pressure or manipulation from the seller. The principle of responsibility can encourage business people to be responsible for the products or services they offer, as well as to properly maintain the security and privacy of consumer data. Apart from that, it also encourages buyers to carry out their responsibilities, namely making payments appropriately and on time. The principle of truth can encourage sellers to provide honest and accurate information to consumers, including product descriptions and prices
