Children are an extraordinary gift. Children as a gift for married couples is a family standard that is generally agreed upon by society, especially in Indonesia (Kasnodihardjo, 2014: 354). Basically, humans are born into this world with the same rights and responsibilities. As stated in the 1945 Constitution, article 31 paragraph I, which reads: "every citizen has the right to education" (Fauziah, 2020: 4). Children with special needs are children who experience limitations or extraordinary circumstances, whether physical, mental-intellectual, social or emotional, which have a significant influence on their growth or development process compared to other children of the same age. The Qur'an provides a clear perspective on children with special needs, preventively, both physically and psychologically (Arkam, 2022: 107). One example of a child with special needs from the perspective of the Qur'an is contained in Q.S Abasa verses 1-10, Q.S Al-Fath verse 17, and Q.S Al-Baqarah verse 286
