Business management in the contemporary era is often faced with a variety of complex ethical and moral challenges. In an effort to maintain a balance between achieving financial profits and conducting business with the principles of justice, ethics and social responsibility, Islamic management principles have received increasing attention. The aim of this article is to investigate how Islamic management principles are applied in a modern business context. The main principles of Islamic management, such as justice (just), ethics (akhlaq), and social responsibility (ihsan), will be explained in detail and analyzed in relation to modern business practices. The concept of justice in the Islamic management framework includes fair treatment of all stakeholders, including employees, customers and shareholders. Emphasis is also placed on implementing strong ethics to ensure integrity in all aspects of the business. Apart from that, social responsibility refers to the concept of ihsan, namely doing good to society and the environment. Thus, this article will illustrate the importance of applying Islamic management principles in modern business as a valuable model for overcoming the ethical dilemmas faced by companies today. In conclusion, Islamic management not only creates long-term, sustainable business success, but also integrates moral and ethical values in business practices, helping to create a better business world overall
