Abstract

In an Islamic management perspective, business ethics has a very important role. Islam teaches that every business action must be carried out by paying attention to good moral principles. Business ethics in Islam include values ​​such as honesty, justice, transparency, social responsibility, and avoiding usury or interest. By applying business ethics from an Islamic management perspective, it is hoped that business can run sustainably and provide benefits for all parties involved. This research uses the library research research method, data that is obtained and analyzed in depth on the references used by identifying various sources of information related to the research object such as papers, articles, journals, the web and reference books. Islamic management also teaches the importance of ethics in work relationships. Business people must treat employees fairly and respect their rights. They must also maintain good communication, build relationships of mutual trust, and avoid discrimination in decision making.
