This study investigates the influence of social media management on the spread of religious values among students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Lambung Mangkurat University. In the ever-evolving digital age, social media has become a highly influential communication tool, affecting the way religious values are disseminated and understood. By analyzing the results of interviews with students, this study noted that the majority of respondents saw the role of social media in spreading religious values as positive. They felt that social media had facilitated easier access to various religious content, such as lectures, verses, hadith and religion-related content, which positively enriched their understanding of religion and strengthened religious beliefs. However, the study also cautions against the potential risks associated with the dissemination of religious values through social media, including the spread of extreme and polarizing views. Wise and selective social media management is therefore crucial in ensuring religious messages are delivered with respect and tolerance. This research provides a deeper understanding of how social media influences the spread of religious values and provides useful insights for the development of more effective social media management in supporting the understanding of religious values among university students.
