ANALISIS NILAI-NILAI AGAMA TERHADAP PERENCANAAN KARIER MAHASISWA MANAJAMEN FEB ULM BANJARMASIN

Abstract

This research aims to analyze religious values ​​on the career planning of students at Lambung Mangkurat University, Banjarmasin. The research method used is a qualitative approach and the type of research is descriptive. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis, focusing on emerging theme patterns. The research results show that religious values ​​have a significant impact on career decision making, business ethics, and handling ethical challenges in the business world. Respondents consider religious values ​​to be an important basis for choosing a career that is in accordance with Islamic principles. They also emphasized the importance of ethics and morals in business management, with a focus on integrity, honesty, fairness and transparency. Even though there is a conflict between religious values ​​and job demands in business, respondents are looking for a middle way to resolve the conflict. Religious values ​​also provide guidance in facing ethical challenges, including maintaining integrity and treating others fairly. Alignment with Islamic law, such as avoiding usury, was also considered important by several respondents. This research illustrates the importance of moral awareness in career planning and business management of ULM Banjarmasin students.
