Shopee paylater is a digital-based payment method that is presented in the shopee application. Now is the era when transactions are carried out electronically. Due to the increasing frequency of electronic transactions, it is starting to be questioned whether it is in accordance with sharia economic law. This article will examine the implications of using shopee paylatter in sharia economic law, especially related to usury and the law of transacting in Islam. So that with these aspects, this research aims to provide a clear view of how Islamic economic law views a transaction using shopee paylatter. From various related problems, it can make character education in accordance with Islamic law, especially in terms of buying and selling, it is better to buy according to the needs and availability of the bag. With the sufficiency that is owned, Allah will open the door to sustenance rather than entering into transactions that smell of forbidden, it will drop in dosan and eliminate blessings.
