This research aims to describe the principles of Islamic business ethics that can be applied in the context of business managerial decisions, the challenges of implementing the principles of Islamic business ethics in managerial decisions, and the positive impact of implementing the principles of Islamic business ethics in MSME businesses which are based on the principles of ihsan, honesty and responsibility. answer. The research method used is library research. The data obtained is then analyzed and studied in depth regarding the references used, as is the case in library research. The results of this research explain that the implementation of the principles of Islamic business ethics in business managerial decisions, namely ihsan, honesty, justice and responsibility is able to encourage the progress of MSME businesses in Indonesia and help create a business culture with integrity, capable of creating a positive impact on business owners. , surrounding communities, and overall economic growth. Implementing the principles of Islamic business ethics is not only about material gain, but also about creating added value for business and society, as well as achieving the pleasure of Allah SWT in every business step taken.
