Islam regulates all human activities, including carrying out muamalah, by limiting what can be done and what cannot be done. In sharia business, the business carried out must be based on sharia law. All existing laws and regulations are enforced to ensure that traders obtain sustenance that is blessed by Halal and Allah SWT and achieve equal distribution of prosperity. Therefore, ethics or rules regarding sharia business also play an important role in sharia business. The essence of Islamic business is the pursuit of non-material profits in addition to material profits. The non-material benefits mentioned here refer to the benefits and happiness of society. Public. It is in this context that the Koran provides the benefits of a business that never knows loss. In this article, the method used is the literature method. The literature method or library study is carried out by searching for data or information through reading scientific journals, reference books and publication materials available in libraries or the internet.
