This article discusses "COD Laws When Shopping Online in Islam". The location of this article is at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Lambung Mangkurat University. In this modern era, buying and selling is becoming popular in society with the emergence of the Cash On Delivery (COD) payment system. The COD system is a payment system where new goods will be paid for when the goods or a product arrives at the buyer. And the payment is through an expedition courier intermediary so that the buyer pays for the goods ordered using cash. However, buying and selling using the COD system sometimes causes problems in the field, such as rounding off payments. Rounding off payments for online buying and selling using the COD system is permitted because the buying and selling fulfills the terms of buying and selling, namely including people who have entered into a contract or al-muta'aqaid (buyer and seller), consent and qabul (shighat) and the object of goods or products that are bought and sold (ma'qud alaih). Buying and selling using the COD payment system is also not prohibited in Islam for reasons of contract and shighat. And the rounding of payments is also based on agreement between the two parties and mutual willingness to round off the nominal amount. And because couriers and buyers also think this is normal, because it makes the payment process easier and faster because couriers don't always bring change for change. And there is another reason because the nominal amount of money that is rounded up has a small amount and is certainly not felt to be too detrimental to the buyer. Therefore, try to pay with exact money, if you don't want the rounding process to occur [Dodi Okri Handoko, Tuti Anggraini, and Marliyah, 2022]
