THE ROLE OF ISLAMIC GUIDANCE AND COUNSELING IN EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION

This study aims to find out how big the role of Islamic guidance and counseling is in early childhood education. Education is essentially a conscious effort to develop a personality that lasts a lifetime, both at school and in madrasas. Education also means the process of helping individuals both physically and spiritually towards the formation of a quality personal main personality, in the Islamic context education means guidance on spiritual and physical growth according to Islamic teachings with the wisdom of directing, teaching, training, nurturing and supervising the implementation of all Islamic teachings. This study uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. In this regard, the role of Islamic guidance and counseling in education is an effort to help individuals to become human beings who develop in terms of education and form personalities that are useful in their lives who have various insights, views, interpretations, choices, adjustments and skills that are right for themselves. and the environment. So the urgency of Islamic Guidance and Counseling is very important in order to achieve development and optimization in the AUD education process.
