This article discusses the use of tramadol as a pain reliever from both a health science perspective and an Islamic viewpoint. The purpose of this article is to provide information and educate the public about the use of tramadol as a pain reliever in the field of health science and from an Islamic perspective. The method employed in this journal is qualitative, involving the discovery and collection of statements about tramadol and the development of these statements. From the analysis of literature studies on the use of tramadol medication from the perspective of health science, it can address issues related to pain management and its misuse, as well as the Islamic legal perspective regarding its usage
