Penerapan Etika Bisnis Utsman Bin Affan dalam Era Digitalisasi

In facing the era of digitalization, the integrity and business ethics become increasingly important, about how the business ethics principles introduced by Utsman bin Affan remain relevant and applicable in the increasingly digitized modern business. Utsman bin Affan is known for principles such as honesty, transparency, and concern for the welfare of society, which have formed a strong foundation of business ethics. We also discuss the challenges and solutions in implementing business ethics in this competitive digitalization era. The method used is descriptive qualitative by using literature review analysis. The result of the Application of Business Ethics by Utsman Bin Affan in the Digitalization Era is In the current digitalization era, business has undergone significant changes. Technological advancements and the internet have transformed the way we interact and conduct transactions in the business world. However, amidst this rapid development, it is important for us not to forget the long-standing principles of business ethics. One inspiring figure in this regard is Utsman bin Affan, who always prioritized the public interest over personal or group interests. In the individualistic digitalization era, the application of this principle is highly relevant and can serve as a guide for business practitioners.
