Human Resources Management (HR) in an Islamic perspective emphasizes the importance of ethics and moral values in work force management. This article discusses the concep to fethics-based HR management in an Islamic context and its impact on organizations and society. In Islam, ethics includes values such as justice, honesty, accountability, andempathy. This article also discusse show human resource management basedon Islamic ethicshelpsbuild a more moral andjustsociety. It is important to have good intentions in every action and consideraspects of the after life when making decisions, accordingto Islamic ethics. This research shows that ethics is very important in human resource management and that an Islam-based approach can create a highly moral work culture that benefits organizations and society as a whole.
