The concept of contract in buying and selling has central importance in Islam, as explained in the religion's clear instructions regarding the implementation of economic transactions. This article explores Islamic views on online buying and selling contracts and laws. Digital transactions that are developing rapidly in the current digital era raise important questions about how sharia principles can be applied in this scope. This article describes the Islamic view on the concept of contract or agreement, which in terminology refers to the relationship between ijab (offer) and qabul (acceptance) which is carried out in accordance with Islamic law. In the context of buying and selling, consent and qabul reflect a mutual agreement between the parties involved, which then gives rights and obligations to each party. In addition, this article investigates the four pillars (main conditions) that must be fulfilled in an agreement, namely sighat al 'aqd (form of contract), mahallul 'aqd (object of contract), al 'aqidain (parties involved), and maudhu'ul 'aqd (purpose of the contract). These four elements are important in ensuring the validity and validity of an agreement in Islam. The buying and selling method has developed into online buying and selling in the digital era, the principles of Islamic law governing trade remain relevant. Adhering to Islamic values in digital business is the foundation that ensures justice and honesty which ultimately drives sustainable economic development in the ever-evolving digital era. This article illustrates the importance of understanding and applying sharia principles in the context of online transactions.
