Abstract

Leadership is a process of clear and appropriate communication actions, as well as efforts to influence members to do work and achieve common goals. Equality means that each individual has the same right to live life and must be facilitated without any form of discrimination. There are still many people who look down on and doubt a woman in terms of leadership. This research was conducted to see people's responses to the existence of women's leadership in an Islamic perspective.
