Abstract

The research entitled "All Living Things are Composed of Water Compounds in the View of Islam and Science" aims to find out that water is one of the important elements in the creation of living things. The methods used in collecting data are the literature study method, the descriptive method in analyzing data, and the informal method (narrative) in presenting the results of the analysis. The results of this study explain that in the Qur'an, water is described as a source of life and Allah's mercy. Then, in science, water is considered the main component of life. Overall, the Islamic and scientific views agree that water plays a crucial role in the lives of all living things and is seen as a gift from God or the result of evolution and natural processes. Both views understand the importance of water in maintaining life on Earth.
