PEMBAGIAN NAJIS DALAM AGAMA ISLAM

Abstract

This research discusses various tactics in the Koran from the theological perspective. The focus of the discussion is the study of various najasat in the Koran in terms of the aspects of Sharia and theology. The problem raised in this research is how the variety of najasat according to the Shari'a, and how is the variety of Najāsat in the theological perspective according to the Al-Qur'an ?. This research is a research library (library research). The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method using linguistic, historical, economic and health approaches. The results showed that: First, unclean in the theological context tends to come from within a person, as for the kinds of unclean mentioned in this study, namely first the perpetrator does things that are forbidden by Allah SWT, the writer thinks that a discussion about alcohol, gambling and sacrifice for idols (applies shirk). Second, unclean in the context of jurisprudence, tends to come from outside which results in a person's body being prevented from praying, and the way to purify this unclean is by washing the unclean substance in accordance with the guidance in the Shari'ah which is in accordance with the level of unclean attached to clothes or a field. As for the implication, the author describes this brief study with a very limited analysis because of the trams that involve the various tactics in the Koran (Sharia and theology review). Unclean in the context of fiqh is more directed at something that comes from outside which causes a person to be prevented from praying. There are three types of najis in the theological context mentioned in this study, namely firstly mughallażah (heavy or large), second, najis mutawassiṭah (middle), and third, mukhaffafah najis (light or small) This article aims to deepen and master the knowledge of the Division of Types of Uncleanness in the Islamic religion. This article also contains procedures for purifying oneself from all kinds of uncleanness and also ways or solutions to avoid being unclean according to Islamic views, as well as the meaning of uncleanness according to Islam and also its division and how to purify it. This article was created to increase our knowledge about uncleanliness and how to purify it. This research was carried out by collecting material from accurate sources along with hadith and verses from the Koran.
