Gold investment product is a product that is much needed by the community. This literature study aims to find out how the laws of Gold Investment products in Indonesian Sharia Banks include Gold Pawn, Gold Installments, and E-Mas Savings. The results of this study include: first, gold pawning in the framework of collateral for debt is allowed based on the Rahn principle. BSI as the party receiving the mandate may keep gold and must maintain its condition. Second, basically, gold investment is permitted provided that the sale and purchase of gold are carried out in cash, this is if gold is a medium of exchange, unlike if gold is a commodity that is traded. Buying and selling gold without cash is allowed and does not include buying and selling usury. Third, the E-Mas savings product is a sale and purchase of gold in installments, the law is the same as gold installments, the only difference is that the E-Mas savings transaction method uses BSI Mobile.
