The research addresses the intersection of Islamic teachings and dietary habits impacting health. It highlights the contemporary challenges of imbalanced diets leading to health issues and rising obesity rates, contrasting these trends with Islamic principles advocating for balanced and halal food choices. The study utilizes a thorough literature review, emphasizing Quranic verses and Hadiths to underscore the importance of moderation and the prohibition of excess in food consumption. It emphasizes the significance of maintaining a balanced diet in accordance with Islamic teachings for physical and spiritual well-being. While the research primarily relies on existing literature, it recommends broader, in-depth methodologies for future studies to validate and enhance the understanding of the relationship between Islamic principles, dietary practices, and individual health.
