Nowadays in Indonesia a lot of people have mental health problems. Mental health has a huge impact on overall health. This study discusses the benefits of dhikr to health, especially mental health. Dhikr has a positive impact on mental health and can be used as a therapeutic method to deal with mental health problems. Dhikr is a worship that has many benefits and can be done in various situations. In addition to helping mental health problems, dhikr is also a means of getting closer to God. The aim of this research is to find out the benefits of dhikr for mental health. The method used in this research is a literature review that is carried out by collecting and studying data from various sources such as scientific articles, journals, and publications related to the benefits of dhikr for mental health. Research shows that dhikr has benefits for mental health, dhikr makes a person feel calm so it can help relieve stress as well as improve focus and concentration. That condition makes a person's body and spirit healthier.
