This research examines the influence of prayer on mental health as an effort to understand the connection between spirituality and individual psychological well-being. With the increasing awareness of mental health in society, this study explores the potential impact of religious practices, especially prayer, on mental health. Using a qualitative approach, the research employs a literature review method to detail information from scholarly sources. The findings indicate that prayer, as a ritual of gratitude expression, contributes to mental health by reducing stress, increasing happiness, and alleviating depressive symptoms. The conclusion of this research provides a conceptual foundation for further understanding the relationship between prayer and mental health.
