This paper discusses mental health from an Islamic perspective, explaining the method of approach used to understand and address mental health challenges. The methods include analyzing the Qur'an and hadith, and integrating medical and spiritual approaches. Key findings include an in-depth understanding of the relationship between mental health and inner peace through the practice of worship, prayer and reflection. The implication of this study is the need for a holistic approach that integrates spiritual aspects in mental health care. The research highlights the importance of social and community support in promoting mental well-being in accordance with Islamic values. The practical implications include the development of intervention programs that incorporate psychological and spiritual components to improve the mental health of individuals. Thus, this paper contributes to the understanding of mental health from an Islamic perspective and offers a holistic and integrated view in addressing mental health challenges.
