Abstract

The Tahiyat Akhir movement is a movement performed in prayer after completing the second bow. This movement involves sitting with bent knees and hands placed on the thighs. The Tahiyat Akhir movement is related to health because it involves physical movements that can benefit the body. The Tahiyat Akhir movement involves sitting movements that can help strengthen the leg and thigh muscles. This movement can also help improve body flexibility and balance. In addition, the sitting movement in Tahiyat Akhir can also help improve body posture and reduce the risk of spinal problems. In addition to physical benefits, the Tahiyat Akhir movement also has psychological benefits. Performing this movement in prayer can help reduce stress and improve concentration. The calm sitting movement and focus on prayer can also provide a relaxing and calming effect on the mind. In the context of health, the Tahiyat Akhir movement can be part of a healthy lifestyle that involves physical and spiritual activities. Performing this movement regularly in prayer can help maintain physical and mental health.
