Abstract

Prayer is a form of worship performed by Muslims as a form of obedience to Allah SWT. However, apart from the spiritual aspect, prayer also has a positive impact on a person's health. This scientific article discusses the relationship between prayer and health and the benefits that can be obtained from praying regularly. Good posture plays an important role in maintaining a person's health and quality of life. One way to improve body posture naturally is through movement in prayer. Special movements in prayer can help improve body posture, strengthen muscles, and reduce the risk of injury to the spine and joints. Prayer, as a form of worship in Islam, involves a series of movements that can help improve body posture. This article aims to explore movements in prayer that can be used as body posture therapy. This research refers to several sources that combine medical science, biomechanics, and spine health principles. This article also discusses the benefits of prayer in maintaining healthy body posture. Prayer helps improve your relationship with Allah SWT and strengthens the bonds of faith. In this article, the author carries out a library research method by searching for and identifying various trusted sources that are relevant to the topic.Apart from that, prayer can also help increase the flexibility and strength of the body's muscles. The movements in prayer involve various muscle mobility, such as the back, stomach and leg muscles. By involving these muscles, prayer can help improve overall body posture. In the practice of prayer, there are movements such as standing, bowing, prostrating and sitting which are done repeatedly. These movements involve good, upright posture. By doing these movements regularly, prayer can help improve body posture.
