PENGELOLAAN KEPEMILIKAN HARTA KELUARGA DALAM PANDANGAN ISLAM

One of the aims of this article is to gain a deeper understanding of the concept of family property and its important role as an economic asset in society. A family estate is not just a collection of assets; it also reflects the principles of justice and shared responsibility within the family. This article provides an explanation of the function of family assets, the rights and responsibilities of each family member, as well as management methods based on justice and sustainability. In addition, this article discusses Islamic principles and perspectives on how to manage family assets. In Islam, ownership of property is seen as a trust that must be managed wisely and fairly. This article describes the concept of the rights and responsibilities of family members regarding these assets, as well as the sharia guidelines that regulate the management of these assets. By summarizing these principles, this article provides a better understanding of how Islam controls ownership of family property. This view is based on the values of justice, cooperation and justice.
