This scientific article aims to explore the potential for using Tahajjud Prayer as a method of dealing with stress and anxiety. Stress and anxiety have become common challenges in today's fast-paced society, impacting individuals across age groups and backgrounds. This article explores the therapeutic potential of implementing the Tahajjud prayer as a coping mechanism to reduce stress and anxiety. Tahajud, an additional evening prayer in Islam, offers a unique opportunity for spiritual connection, reflection, and tranquility during the stillness of the night. This research will involve a systematic literature review and may include empirical data to analyze the effectiveness of Tahajjud Prayer in managing stress and anxiety. These findings and discussion will explain the implications and relevance of Tahajud Prayer as an approach to dealing with stress and anxiety in various contexts, such as among students facing exams, individuals in Islamic boarding schools, and during the COVID-19 pandemic. This article aims to contribute to the understanding of the role of Tahajud Prayer in managing stress and anxiety, thereby paving the way for further research in this area.
