Penggunaan Shoppe Pay Later Dalam Pandangan Hukum Islam

Abstract

The aim of this research is to inform or tell all Muslims, both in Indonesia and abroad, what the Islamic view is in responding to pay later cases and what the solution is to using pay later in the Islamic religion. The research method that I use is the literature study research method, which involves a series of activities related to collecting library data, reading and taking notes in journals, websites and e-books. This research explains how Islamic law views the widespread use of pay later payments in the buying and selling transaction process where it turns out that the use of pay later is prohibited due to the application of interest in the installments and here I also provide solutions and ways to avoid usury behavior where interest is included into one type of usury, namely usury nasi'ah, which is a type of usury which basically works by adding a length of time to pay in installments for the goods we buy and the longer the time period, the greater the interest that will be determined.
