Pengembangan Kreativitas Guru PAI Dalam menggunakan Media Youtube Pada Pembelajaran Untuk Menciptakan Situasi Belajar Yang Efektif

This research aims to determine the development of Islamic religious education teachers' creativity in using YouTube video media in learning to create effective learning situations. It is known that the lack of enthusiasm of students when teachers deliver learning, one of the causes is due to the limited media provided by the school. Therefore, PAI teachers create creativity in learning by using YouTube media according to the material to be taught so that students become active and enthusiastic in the learning process. This research aims to determine the development of PAI teacher creativity in creating effective learning situations using YouTube media in learning. With the creativity created by PAI teachers, this is an effort to create effective learning and the learning can be conveyed to students. In this way, the objectives of this learning can be achieved because students become more enthusiastic about the learning process. The method used in this research is field research using a descriptive qualitative approach. A descriptive qualitative approach is research that describes the actual situation in the field according to the research context. The data collection instruments are observation, interviews and documentation. The primary data source is PAI teachers and the secondary data source is students. The results of this research are that in learning PAI teachers create creativity by linking the material that will be delivered to students using learning media in the form of YouTube videos. By PAI teachers using learning media from YouTube videos, students become enthusiastic and active in the learning process. So from the results of the research above, it can be concluded that teachers creating creativity in learning will foster students' enthusiasm and interest in learning. At first, students were less enthusiastic and even bored in the learning process and became more active and enthusiastic.
