PEMBENTUKAN KARAKTER JUJUR PADA SISWA DI ERA MILENIAL DENGAN FAKTOR UTAMANYA PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM

Abstract

Islamic religious education is one of the subjects at school which is seen as having a significant impact on the formation of students' character. The main driver of the significance of educational character in the field of education is the phenomenon of moral crisis that often occurs in society which is increasingly ignored. The aim of Islamic religious education is to create people who believe in and are devoted to God Almighty, are virtuous, have noble character, are intelligent, knowledgeable, resourceful, creative, independent, and have a spirit of helping each other and being responsible. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. This cannot be separated from the role of education which always shapes and directs them in their daily lives, the role of education in schools, families and the community environment is a supporting factor in character training or an honest attitude towards students
