Abstract

People also think that if they don't eat enough they will feel weak, tired, sick, experience various kinds of reproductive problems, hair loss, digestive system problems, lack of sleep. Does fasting actually make the body sick easily or does it actually improve body health? This research aims to analyze all kinds of benefits of fasting for the body which are able to improve human physical and psychological problems. The research method in this research is to use qualitative research using literature studies from various sources such as journals, books and other scientific papers to complete the research. The results of the research show that fasting has a close relationship with health because it can overcome psychological disorders, fight obesity and overweight, overcome excessive sexual desire, is beneficial for body health, fasting can eliminate addiction to cigarettes and drugs, overcome joint pain, treat digestive system problems. So it can be concluded that fasting has a close relationship with health science and cannot be separated because its linearity is in line with human health.
