Abstract

Islamic religious education for early childhood is an important aspect in forming the basis of Islamic faith and values ​​at the early development stage. This article reviews Islamic Religious Education material specifically designed for early childhood.

Islamic Religious Education material for early childhood includes an understanding of aqidah (beliefs), worship (religious rituals), morals (morals), and stories from Is  lamic history which are conveyed in a way that is easy for children to understand. Interactive learning approaches, such as stories, Islamic songs, and educational games, are used to attract children's attention.

This article also highlights the role of teachers in delivering Islamic Religious Education material with sensitivity to the psychological development stages of early childhood. In addition, this article underlines the importance of collaboration between schools and parents to strengthen Islamic religious education at home.

Islamic Religious Education material for early childhood is not only about transferring knowledge, but also about forming character and supporting children's spiritual growth. With relevant material and appropriate teaching methods, Islamic Religious Education at an early age can help children understand and internalize Islamic values, helping them grow into faithful and moral individuals.
